We had a flood in our basement and contacted Sonic after reading some of the reviews on Google. The technicians came in and extracted the water but the amazing thing is that they advised me to wait until the leak was properly fixed before getting the actual steam cleaning done. They could have easily done the cleaning and then I would have had to call them back because, sure enough, it began to leak the next day. I thank them for their consideration and will definitely recommend them to everyone!
